My Roles….
I love my role as a Licensed Creative Arts therapist (LCAT), Registered Drama Therapist and Board-Certified Trainer (RDT/BCT) Trainer, Educator and Practitioner of Psychodrama (TEP). As a psychotherapist with an expertise in trauma informed work, I use the creative arts therapies to achieve the therapeutic goals of self-expression, personal empowerment, and emotional and physical integration. I work from a psychodynamic and relational lens, ntentionally combining talk therapy, drama therapy, psychodrama and the creative arts to address emotional issues in innovative, unique ways.. I meeting people where they are, and making sure that whatever therapeutic methods I offer suit the individual's needs. The therapeutic space is co-created developing trust and offering acceptance. I am a believer that when words are not enough, creative and dramatic tools can offer alternate ways of exploration
